Here are some of the most (un)common type of bosses!<\/p>\n<p><b>The \u201cI own you Bosses\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re very lucky, you might not encounter one of these kinda bosses. Bosses who literally take on your life and usually take the crown when it comes to horrible bosses. The passive aggressive bosses avoid confrontation at all costs. They send memos instead of making direct requests; they frame bad news and unfair decisions in language that is difficult to oppose; they hide behind company policy and pass the buck in order to avoid taking responsibility for unpopular decisions. Someone who is always supervising your actions inside the office like what you\u2019re eating, if you\u2019re smoking or not, if you\u2019re unwell or if you\u2019re going late from home, they\u2019ll insist upon dropping you.
